Partner, advocate. Specialises in company law and business law, legal aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, and in preparation of initial public offerings (also as regards drafting issue prospectuses).
Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan; also competed a course in British and European law offered in Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge and, in 1999, received an LLM with honours in international business law from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England.
Her extensive experience was gained with a number of internationally acclaimed law firms with which she cooperated, among other projects, on company acquisition and restructuring (in the public as well as private markets), on due diligence studies, and on preparation of initial public offerings.
Partner at GESSEL since January 2012, at which she will develop the firm’s equity and capital markets practice and complement the work of key GESSEL teams specialising in M&A and equity markets projects for Clients from Poland and around the Central and Eastern European region.
